Optima Foundations Ltd offer an ‘in house’ design and installation service for piles and associated reinforced concrete foundations.
We can also work closely with architects and structural engineers to provide the most cost efficient piled foundations.
A large proportion of our clients in this market are self build homeowners. The system can be used for bespoke house builds in addition to foundation extensions and modern conservatory foundation extensions.
With the site and access restrictions of single plots and smaller developments our mini piling rigs are well suited to carry out the works of cost effective piling foundations without disturbance to the surrounding area.
We are also able to work alongside house building contractors who are constructing housing developments. The foundation works can be coordinated with the ground works so that follow on trades can be mobilised as the foundation works progress.
As our piling fleet predominantly weigh less than 3.5T the amount of preparatory work such as laying piling mats etc is removed/reduced.
If a building doesn’t have strong foundations, it cannot be built.
