Optima Foundations Ltd specialise in restricted access mini-piling foundations for the commercial and Industrial sectors. All our piling projects are performed with mini piling equipment such as mini piling rigs to ensure the job has been completed to the highest level. 

Whether the project is an extension to premises, new mezzanine floor/internal redevelopment or a new building, Optima Foundations are able to offer and install pile foundation solutions for the foundation requirements of the project.

How we can help

Due to the small size of our piling rigs, we are able to access tight and awkward areas which would be inaccessible to a larger piling rig. 

In certain cases our piling rigs are able to access and work within internal areas without the requirement for fume extraction, although a site visit would be required to confirm this.

Optima employ an experienced team equipped with piling equipment which is more than capable to tackle commercial and industrial foundation projects.

Optima have completed countless jobs for us over the years and are happy to provide technical insight at the design stage. A full detailed design and calculations package makes the process much smoother than having to obtain calculations from an external engineer once piles have been installed.
