New piled foundations were required to support a new domestic dwelling for a private client who was undertaking a self-build property.

A bungalow started to suffer with clay heave related subsidence as the surrounding tress grew larger. Augered mini piles and reinforce concrete underpinning needle beams were installed to support the external walls of the property. All the works were carried out externally which allowed the client to remain in residence during the works.
