Access to the rear of the property was only available through the existing house. Small hand carried Grundomat piling equipment was brought through the property into the rear garden allowing the foundations and extension to be constructed.

Due to the presence of drainage running underneath the proposed conservatory piled foundations were utilised to allow the foundations to be cast so that the foundation could ’span’ over the drainage without damaging it.
A new extension was constructed to the front and rear of a property, which had been constructed on piles, therefore a piled solution was required. 150mm diameter bottom driven steel cased mini piles installed using a Grundomat piling hammer and reinforced ground beams were constructed and cast to support the new extensions.
